Photography Session Booking Policy

Session Fees & Payment
-
All photography sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

Payments are non-refundable, but can be applied towards a rescheduled session if necessary (see below).

Rescheduling
-
I understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule your session, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling requests made within this time frame will be accommodated at no extra charge and we will work together to find a suitable new date.

Short-notice rescheduling (within 48 hours) may be allowed in special circumstances at the discretion of the photographer, but availability for a new date cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your session entirely, the session fee is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule for a future date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances.

No-shows
-
If you fail to show up for your scheduled session without prior communication, the session fee will be forfeited and a new session fee will be required for a future booking.

Flexibility

I strive to be flexible and understanding with rescheduling, but changes should remain within reason. Continuous or last-minute changes may incur additional fees or result in limited availability.

Additional fees may apply depending on the location of the photoshoot, both within and outside of London, including any necessary travel.
